MANUSCRIPT WRITING GUIDELINES
Detailed manuscript writing guidelines can be found in the article template available on the journal’s homepage sidebar.

MANUSCRIPT SUBMISSION

Manuscripts can be submitted through the OJS platform at Jurnal Pengelolaan Pertambangan. Manuscripts accepted through a peer-review process will be published in the next upcoming issue after acceptance.

ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA

Manuscripts accepted and published are academic papers that meet the following requirements:

  • The submitted article is free from plagiarism and other copyright infringements.

  • The submitted article has never been published before, is not under review in another journal, and has not been submitted to another journal.

  • The article must be submitted in Microsoft Office format (.doc/.docx).

  • The article must follow the required TEMPLATE guidelines.

MANUSCRIPT PREPARATION

Manuscripts must comply with the formatting guidelines provided. They should be written concisely, clearly, and logically. The title must be informative and reflect the content. Abstracts should be concise, with appropriate keywords. To ensure information is well delivered, authors are advised to use clear and simple language, short sentences, and proper use of headings. Manuscripts should be structured systematically. Figures and diagrams should support and clarify the content. Authors must ensure that their writing allows readers to easily understand the content of the manuscript.

REVIEW PROCEDURE

Jurnal Pengelolaan Pertambangan applies a double-blind review system; reviewers’ names remain anonymous to authors, and vice versa. The editor will deliver the evaluation results to the authors. Only manuscripts that receive favorable recommendations from the editors will be accepted for publication.

If minor revisions are required, the editor will return the comments to the authors for correction or response. Afterward, the editor will notify the authors of the publication status (accepted, rejected, or accepted after revision). To protect the authors’ rights, reviewers are required to maintain the confidentiality of the manuscripts until publication.

Authors are responsible for using proper Indonesian language in accordance with the official spelling rules (EYD).

COPYRIGHT FOR PUBLICATION

All manuscripts submitted to this journal are considered original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere. Authors will be asked to transfer copyright for publication purposes, as all accepted manuscripts become the property of Jurnal Pengelolaan Pertambangan. Copyright includes reproduction and distribution rights, including the duplication of figures and translation into other languages.

This transfer does not prevent authors from using the content of their manuscripts for personal purposes. If a third party requests permission to reproduce the manuscript, Jurnal Pengelolaan Pertambangan will contact the authors for approval.
